3-Day University Cultural Fest with 6,000 Attendees
The Operational Challenge
A college fest in Bangalore suffered massive gate stampedes when students shared PDF ticket screenshots, allowing hundreds of unverified outside guests into the pro-night concert.
The UrPass Approach
The fest committee deployed UrPass digital QR ticketing across 6 entrance lanes with dedicated volunteer phone scanners.
Verified Result
Check-in time dropped to 1.1 seconds per attendee. Over 400 duplicate screenshot attempts were rejected at the gates, ensuring a safe, authorized concert.
