Inter-Collegiate Cultural Fest with 5,000 Visitors
The Operational Challenge
Previous years suffered fake passes, printed badge duplication, and 2-hour entrance queues for the celebrity concert night.
The UrPass Approach
The student council deployed UrPass, issuing encrypted QR passes and assigning 12 student volunteers with phone scanners at 3 campus gates.
Verified Result
Admitted all 5,000 attendees within 45 minutes. Caught 34 duplicate screenshot attempts at the gates, saving the fest budget and securing the venue.
